Policies
•We understand that life happens and appointments sometimes must be canceled. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, to please let us know with more than 24 hours. Cancellations or changes to your appointment with less than 24 hours of notice will result in a charge of 50% fee.
•Due to inclement weather, there may be last-minute cancellations and the salon may have to reschedule your appointment. In these instances, the cancellation policy does not apply. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment to the soonest time available.
•Any more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will have to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee of 50% may be charged.
No shows and last-minute cancellations will require a deposit to schedule a new appointment.
•Deposits of $100 are required for services extended over 2 hours in time. This deposit will be held and used toward the services on the day of your appointment. If in the event you need to reschedule, a 24-hour or more notice is required to receive a full refund on your deposit.
